We don't accept exchanges or cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Products that have been used (even only once)
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (cutting board conditioner)
- Products that have been cleaned
- Products that have been damaged accidentally or intentionally by buyers
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Product must be new and unused (including the packaging). Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We know that those conditions are strict but most of the products we sell are meant to be in contact with food so we prefer to enforce strict hygiene rules that will benifit to everybody.
